To view this format, you must meet some basic system requirements. The
first step is simply to click on the SofTV version of the presentation
you want to watch. If you encounter problems, check your computer setting
at this handy help page hosted by the creators of SofTV:

To choose the SofTV format of the presentation, click “View”
in the SofTV column:
When you click on the SofTV version of the presentation, a small window
will open with the presentation details. Simply click “Click To
View Presentation.”
This will open the presentation window as seen below. When the presentation
ends, close the window by clicking the “X” in the upper right
corner.
Likewise, close the small launch window by clicking the “X”
in the upper right corner.
This should leave you at the last visited page on the training web site
where you can choose the next presentation to view.
